Of the jobs that will be available by 2030, more than 85% have not been created
While various countries around the world are in the process of boosting investment and innovating to reduce unemployment, experts have shown that more than 85% of jobs that will be needed in the next decade have not been created yet.
A report released by Dell
Technologies by the Institute for the Future (IFTF) states that by 2030, due to
the advancement of technology, most of the work currently underway will not be
as it is, but will need to be innovated.
The report says that in the
future, the world will need more and more people with the latest knowledge,
which is in line with the ongoing training of people and employees in general.
Experts report that because
of technology, people will no longer be able to hunt for jobs, but will find
them where they live, the one with extraordinary knowledge will be given the
job.
Employment agencies will use
technology to recruit them, determine their needs, and the one who meets the skills
they need will be recruited which is also going to be done by technology where
it will be able to choose who has the skills that are equivalent to the job
offered.
This will also be the case
with the employer, who will not necessarily need to do face-to-face work or
meet with his or her employers.
This will give people with
different skills around the world the opportunity to showcase their abilities,
as opposed to going hand in hand, where opportunities were given to certain
citizens at times without capacity because existing employment opportunities
were open to all.
However, the report says
that this could have a detrimental effect on the livelihoods of those who have
a permanent job, as it will be reduced.
Companies and societies will
have what they need, they will give part-time jobs to workers and at the end of
the day, workers will have to search elsewhere.
Reporters say that even
though the nature of the job will change, it has nothing to do with losing jobs
to people who are being replaced by technology.
They say that however much
technology can advance the human being will always be important and needed.
